This Privacy Policy describes which personal data is actually processed on this website and for which purposes.

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Please use the email address above for privacy-related requests.
General information
Personal data is processed only where this is necessary to operate the website, handle enquiries, communicate with you, or comply with legal obligations.
The current audit found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, automatic social media plugins, user accounts, or newsletter functionality on this website.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify:
When the website is accessed, technical server log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, page or file accessed, browser, operating system, referrer, and technical connection information.
The purposes are secure and stable website delivery, security, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Netlify may involve international transfers to the United States. Where required, such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses or other applicable mechanisms. No specific server region is promised here.
Contact
When you contact us, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare pre-contractual or contractual steps.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures. For general enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form and Formspree
The contact form sends enquiries to the technical form provider Formspree via the endpoint https://formspree.io/f/mzdnnawq. The transmitted form fields are name, email, phone, service and message, as well as subject and _replyto. The form also contains a hidden honeypot field; if it is filled in, the enquiry is not sent.
Formspree technically processes the message and forwards it to the configured email address. Date, time and technical anti-spam or connection information may also be processed as part of form handling.
According to Formspree, its infrastructure uses AWS in the United States and it declares appropriate contractual safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, for its role as processor. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries.
Telephone and email
tel: links open the calling application on the device. mailto: links open the email application. Clicking these links does not submit the contact form and does not automatically send an email.
Data is transmitted only when you start the call or actually send an email.
The WhatsApp button is a simple external wa.me link. No WhatsApp SDK, Meta Pixel, or social plugin is loaded when this website is opened.
Data may be processed by WhatsApp only after you voluntarily open the link and continue communication there. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy notices also apply to the subsequent processing.
External content and links
A Google Maps map is embedded as an iframe in the contact section. When this map is loaded, technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and referrer may be transmitted to Google. The address and button may also open Google Maps in a new tab after an active click.
No external Google Fonts, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, or Facebook embeds are loaded automatically. Fonts are rendered using local or system fonts.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them. After completion, they are deleted periodically unless a contract, legal obligation, or need to defend legal claims requires further retention.
Contract-related data may be retained in accordance with statutory retention obligations and limitation periods. Server logs are retained according to the security and operational settings of the hosting provider.
Recipients
Recipients may include the hosting provider Netlify, Formspree as technical form provider, the email infrastructure provider Hostinger, necessary IT service providers, and authorities, courts, or advisers where a legal obligation or legitimate necessity exists.
Personal data is not sold and is not transferred for marketing purposes without a legal basis.
International transfers
International transfers may occur in particular through Netlify, Formspree, and the embedded Google Maps map to the United States. After a voluntary click, WhatsApp may also carry out its own processing outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, such transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other appropriate safeguards.
